This defibrillator features Real CPR Help® technology, which assists rescuers in performing high-quality CPR by providing integrated feedback throughout the intervention. This unique ZOLL technology measures the rate and depth of chest compressions in real time and provides rescuers with audio, visual, and text prompts. You’ll hear voice messages such as “Push harder” or “Good compressions”, which guide the rescuer step-by-step during resuscitation.

The CPR-D-padz® adult electrode of the ZOLL AED Plus is a one-piece design that is easy to apply and offers the longest shelf life on the market, five years. The unit itself is powered by lithium batteries that also last up to five years.

To activate the AED’s Smart Pediatric Function, Pedi-padz® electrodes (for children under 8 years old or weighing less than 55 lbs) can be purchased separately. These pads have a 22-month shelf life.
